One of the most popular lures in the Softies range, the Curl tail Fish are often the first soft plastic that novice anglers will buy, and for good reason. Not only are Curl Tail Fish a very effective lure, but they are also one of the easiest to use.

Many styles of soft plastics require a reasonable level of skill on the part of the angler to impart the correct swimming action on the lure. However the design of the Curl Tail Fish does this for you. The large, flat section of the tail flicks from side to side as the lure moves through the water. Even on a straight retrieve with little to no movement of the rod tip, the tail will ’swim’ enticingly, attracting attention of nearby fish. Effective at all speeds, these soft plastics are at their deadly best when worked slow through the strike zine, with plenty of pauses thrown in.
